Vitrified Polyolefin Cable Material
TCPE-80301. Ceramized polyolefin cable material is a new type of high-performance fire-resistant material developed for fire-resistant wires and cables. In addition to the characteristics of ordinary low-smoke halogen-free cable materials, it also has excellent fire-proof and fire-resistant properties. It can form a complete and dense shell under the burning of flames. The shell does not melt or drip in a fire environment (550~1800°C) and has very good heat insulation and fireproof effects. It is an ideal material for fire-resistant cables. This series includes ceramicized fire-resistant polyolefin insulation and sheath materials, which are used in fire-resistant and fire-resistant building lines. The material properties meet the requirements of GB/T-19666, BS-6387 and other standards.
2. Processing advantages: This type of cable material is mixed and compressed by an internal mixer and plasticized and extruded by a twin-screw extruder. The components are evenly dispersed and the performance is stable.
3. The product has good porcelainization properties, dense shells and hardness.
